Refund and Returns Policy

At ModelMate Decals, we take great care in designing, printing, and packing every decal to ensure you receive the best quality possible.
However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help! Please read our refund and replacement policy below.


1. Complaint Period – Within 7 Days

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You can reach out to us through our Contact page or email us with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints made after this 7-day period.


2. No Refund Policy

Since all our decals are custom printed on demand, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or printed.
Each decal sheet is made specifically for your order, and therefore cannot be resold or reused.
We recommend reviewing your design, size, and scale carefully before confirming your order.


3. Replacement Policy

We gladly offer replacements for the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product due to transit or printing error.

  • You received a wrong design, size, or quantity compared to what you ordered.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the received product and packaging.

  • The product must be unused and uncut.

Once verified, we will reprint and ship the correct or replacement decals at no extra cost.


4. What Is Not Covered

We cannot replace or refund orders in the following cases:

  • Customer mistakes in design, color choice, or scale after final approval.

  • Damage caused by improper handling or application of the decal.

  • Complaints made after the 7-day window.

  • Normal variations in color that occur due to screen-to-print differences.


5. Custom Orders

All custom decal orders are printed as per your provided design and specifications.
Please double-check all files, spelling, and artwork before submitting.
We are happy to assist with checking your artwork before printing if requested.


6. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page or email.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, your replacement will be printed and shipped as soon as possible.
